For a non-stop weekend

Last Saturday I went on a trip to Wuzhen, one of the several water towns which encircle Shanghai. The day appeared sunny and with a super nice temperature (nor cold nor hot). As everything in this big city, it took us more than three hours to arrive after getting in the subway, a long-distance bus and a city bus. I'm not going to tell you about Wuzhen nor its history because there are books about that and I'm not any expertise about history of China. What I let you know is that this town was almost reconstucted in its entirety after World War II and the minimun fee for the visit if 120 RMB, around 14€. It's a pleasant walk if you happen to be lucky and it's not invaded by thousands of local tourists. Let's say that we did not fall from grace and we were able to enjoy the tour and stop by curious stores, traditional proffessions stalls (like the buckets for foot massage, silk live extracted from worms, wood carving, etc.) and scape running from the stinky tofu bad odor (fried soybean cheese which I haven't dare taste because of the bad smell, though every day someone reminds me that it's delicious) to end up immortalized by five Canon and three Nikon cameras after their owners placed a little girl besides me. I had forgotten about the consequences of being blond, big blue-eyed and Mediterranean nose; Shanghainese are used to that.

For this exhausting day I chosed one of the most comfy sneakers I have, this Adidas Neo for Oysho. The rest of the outfit might be black and white. My favorite jeans by Acne, linen white shirt and biker jacket. The black scarf accompanied me in a role as just-in-case (Galician people we are expertise on this) and I happened to wear it because it got chilly at sunset. Céline trio bag is the best accessory for city holidays and trips like this. You're sick of seeing me wearing this Pull & Bear sunnies, but they are so light and comfortable... So after my pose wearing Birks and this trip, spring is officially inaugurated at La Última Tentación de Eva.
